Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Wash all the vegetables and fruits thoroughly to remove any dirt or residue. Chop them into medium-sized chunks to fit your juicer and facilitate easy extraction of juices.
- Juicing: Pass all the chopped ingredients through your juicer, alternating between the different items—carrots, pineapple, celery, ginger—to maximize flavor blending and nutrient extraction.
