- 1 medium Onion, finely chopped

- 400g Ground beef
- 400g Crushed tomatoes

- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook Spaghetti: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics: In a large skillet or saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened and fragrant.
- Cook Ground Beef: Add the ground beef to the skillet with the onions and garlic. Cook, breaking up the meat with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Simmer Sauce: Stir in the crushed tomatoes and Italian herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer gently for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, to meld flavors and thicken.
- Combine and Serve: Toss the cooked spaghetti with the Bolognese sauce until well coated. Serve hot, optionally topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.

- For a richer sauce, add a splash of red wine during the simmering stage.
- You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or plant-based alternatives for different dietary needs.
