Wrap Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (Optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips and toss to coat evenly with the seasoning.
- Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat for 3-5 minutes.
- Cook the chicken: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer inside the basket. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping them halfway through, or until the chicken turns golden brown and is fully cooked.
- Assemble the wraps: Remove the cooked chicken from the air fryer. Lay out each tortilla and add a layer of fresh spinach, followed by a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese, then top with the cooked chicken strips.
- Form the wraps: Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling to enclose everything. Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil spray to help crisp them up.
- Air fry the wraps: Place the wrapped tortillas seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes or until the tortillas are crispy and golden brown.
- Serve: Remove the wraps from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. Slice each wrap in half and serve warm with ranch dressing on the side if desired.
