  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Wrap Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (Optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips and toss to coat evenly with the seasoning.
  2. Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Cook the chicken: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer inside the basket. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping them halfway through, or until the chicken turns golden brown and is fully cooked.
  4. Assemble the wraps: Remove the cooked chicken from the air fryer. Lay out each tortilla and add a layer of fresh spinach, followed by a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese, then top with the cooked chicken strips.
  5. Form the wraps: Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling to enclose everything. Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil spray to help crisp them up.
  6. Air fry the wraps: Place the wrapped tortillas seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes or until the tortillas are crispy and golden brown.
  7. Serve: Remove the wraps from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. Slice each wrap in half and serve warm with ranch dressing on the side if desired.
