Ingredients

Scale

Meat and Seasoning

  • 1.52 Pounds Stew Meat
  • 1 Oz Packet Au Jus
  • 1 Oz Packet Brown Gravy Mix
  • 1 Oz Packet Onion Soup Mix

Vegetables and Liquids

  • 1 Medium Onion, diced
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Beef Broth

Pasta

  • 12 Oz Egg Noodles, cooked

Instructions

  1. Add the stew meat: Place the stew meat into the crockpot as the base layer for cooking.
  2. Sprinkle seasoning mixes and onion: Evenly distribute the onion soup mix, au jus packet, and brown gravy mix over the meat, then add the diced onion on top.
  3. Add liquids and stir: Pour 1 cup of water and 1 cup of beef broth into the crockpot, then stir the mixture thoroughly to combine the seasonings and liquids.
  4. Cook low and slow: Cover the crockpot with the lid and set it to low heat. Let it cook for 6 hours to tenderize the beef and develop flavors.

  6. Add noodles and serve: Stir in the cooked egg noodles thoroughly, then serve the beef and noodles warm for a comforting meal.
