Instructions
- Add the stew meat: Place the stew meat into the crockpot as the base layer for cooking.
- Sprinkle seasoning mixes and onion: Evenly distribute the onion soup mix, au jus packet, and brown gravy mix over the meat, then add the diced onion on top.
- Add liquids and stir: Pour 1 cup of water and 1 cup of beef broth into the crockpot, then stir the mixture thoroughly to combine the seasonings and liquids.
