Description

A comforting and easy-to-make Crockpot Chicken and Noodles recipe featuring tender chicken breasts cooked in a creamy seasoned broth, combined with egg noodles for a hearty home-cooked meal perfect for busy days.

Ingredients

Scale

Soup Mixture

  • 26 oz Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 tbsp Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Kinders Roast Chicken with Garlic and Herbs Seasoning
  • 4 Cups Chicken Broth

Chicken

  • 1.52 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • Kinders The Blend Seasoning (to season the chicken)

Pasta

  • 24 oz Bag of Reames Frozen Egg Noodles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the soup mixture: In the crockpot, combine the cream of chicken soup, dried parsley flakes, black pepper, Kinders Roast Chicken with Garlic and Herbs Seasoning, and chicken broth. Stir well to evenly distribute the seasonings.
  2. Season and add chicken: Season the boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs all over with Kinders The Blend Seasoning, then place them directly into the soup mixture in the crockpot.
  3. Cook the chicken: Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 5 to 6 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked through.
  4. Shred the chicken: Remove the cooked chicken from the crockpot and dice or shred it into bite-sized pieces, setting it aside.
  5. Add noodles and chicken to crockpot: Stir the frozen egg noodles and shredded chicken back into the crockpot liquid. Cover and cook for about 1 more hour, or until the noodles are tender and fully cooked.
  6. Season to taste: Taste the finished dish and adjust seasoning by adding salt and pepper as desired. Serve warm and enjoy this comforting meal.

Notes

  • Using frozen egg noodles helps prevent overcooking and mushiness during the crockpot cooking process.
  • You can substitute boneless, skinless chicken thighs for breasts for a moister texture.
  • For a thicker sauce, you can stir in a little cornstarch slurry at the end of cooking.
  • Leftovers store well refrigerated for up to 3 days and reheat nicely.
  • If preferred, fresh egg noodles can be used but reduce final cooking time accordingly.
