Instructions

  3. Assemble the Wraps: Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the four tortillas, placing about 1/2 cup in the center of each. Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go, to form secure wraps that hold all the tasty filling inside.
  4. Cook the Wraps: Place each wrap seam-side down in the preheated skillet. Cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the tortillas turn golden brown and crispy, and the cheese inside melts and begins to ooze slightly from the edges.
  5. Serve and Garnish: Remove the wraps from the skillet and slice each in half diagonally. Serve hot with extra chopped parsley sprinkled on top if desired for a fresh, colorful finish.
