Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400˚F (204˚C) to prepare for baking the chicken and tomato mixture.
  2. Prepare the Baking Dish: Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking and set aside.
  3. Make the Tomato Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the drained diced tomatoes, olive oil, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, dried oregano, Italian seasoning, and chopped fresh parsley. Toss everything together to evenly distribute the herbs and flavors. You can also mix these ingredients directly in the baking dish if preferred.
