Chicken:

- 8 oz egg noodles
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook them for 5–6 minutes per side until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- Sauté garlic: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Prepare the sauce: Pour the chicken broth and heavy cream into the skillet with the garlic. Bring this mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- Cook the noodles: Stir in the egg noodles, cover the skillet, and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender and have absorbed some of the liquid.
- Add butter and cheese: Mix in the butter and grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
- Reheat the chicken: Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and warm everything together for 2–3 minutes so the chicken absorbs some sauce.
- Garnish and serve: Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the dish for a pop of color and fresh flavor. Serve hot.
