Description

This Spinach Artichoke Pizza combines the creamy goodness of spinach artichoke dip with melty mozzarella cheese on a crispy 12-inch pizza crust. It’s a quick, delicious twist on the classic appetizer, turning it into a satisfying meal perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

Pizza Base

  • 1, 12-inch pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)

Topping

  • 1 package Good Foods Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) to get it nicely heated for a crispy crust and melted cheese.
  2. Prepare Crust: Place the 12-inch pizza crust onto a baking sheet, ready for toppings.
  3. Mix Toppings: In a bowl, combine the Good Foods Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip with the chopped fresh spinach and 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. This creates a creamy, flavorful base layer.
  4. Spread Mixture: Evenly spread the spinach and dip mixture over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust to bake properly.
  5. Add Remaining Toppings: Top the pizza evenly with the chopped marinated artichoke hearts and the remaining 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese for a cheesy finish.
  6. Bake: Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown.
  7. Serve: Remove from oven, let cool slightly before slicing into pieces and serving.

Notes

  • Using a pre-made crust saves time but homemade crust can also enhance flavor and texture.
  • Marinated artichoke hearts add extra flavor, but plain artichokes can be used if preferred.
  • If you like a crispier crust, bake the pizza on a pizza stone or preheat the baking sheet.
  • Feel free to add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or garlic powder for additional flavor.
  • Leftover pizza can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven for best texture.
