Juices & Liquid

  • 2 cups pineapple juice, chilled
  • 4 cups seltzer or sparkling water (plain or strawberry-flavored), chilled

Instructions

  1. Prepare Strawberry Puree: Wash and hull the strawberries thoroughly. Place them in a food processor and pulse until the mixture is completely smooth to create a fresh strawberry puree.
  2. Strain Puree and Mix with Pineapple Juice: Slowly pour the strawberry puree through a fine-mesh sieve into a 2-quart pitcher. Use a wooden spoon to push the puree through, extracting as much liquid as possible. Then, gradually pour the chilled pineapple juice over the remaining strawberry pulp in the sieve, stirring and pressing to extract all remaining juice into the pitcher. Discard the leftover pulp once done.
  3. Add Sparkling Water: Pour the chilled seltzer or sparkling water into the pitcher with the strawberry and pineapple juice mixture. Stir gently until all liquids are well combined, creating a light, sparkling punch.
  4. Serve with Ice and Garnish: Fill 6 glasses with ice. Pour the strawberry punch over the ice, then garnish each glass with fresh mint sprigs and additional fresh strawberries if desired. Serve immediately for best refreshment.

  • Use ripe, fresh strawberries for the best flavor and natural sweetness.
