Jello Box Method
- 4 boxes sugar-free Jello
- 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
- 2 cups hot water
Instructions
- Brew: Place the fruit tea bags in a heatproof dish or mug and add 2 cups of hot water. Allow it to steep until the flavor is very strong.
- Stir: Remove the tea bags and while the liquid is still hot, stir in 5 tablespoons of powdered gelatin and 2 tablespoons of granulated sweetener until fully dissolved. Add food coloring if desired.
- Melt (Jello box method): In a heatproof jug, dissolve 4 boxes of sugar-free Jello in 2 cups of hot water, then add 4 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin powder. Mix with a fork thoroughly until fully dissolved.
- Fill: Using droppers or a small spoon, carefully fill the gummy bear and gummy worm molds with the prepared mixture.
- Fridge: Place the filled molds in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours until the gummies are set. For a chewier texture, leave them to chill longer before removing from molds.
