Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the sweet potato rounds.
  2. Prepare the sweet potatoes: Slice the sweet potatoes into ¼-inch thick rounds to create bite-sized discs that can hold the toppings.
  3. Season and bake first side: Arrange the sweet potato slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Lightly mist them with olive oil or avocado oil spray and sprinkle a pinch of salt over each slice.
  4. Bake and flip: Bake the sweet potatoes for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, flip each slice carefully and bake for another 15 minutes until the rounds are golden and tender.
