Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken pieces into a large bowl and pat them dry. Add the sliced red and green bell peppers and the sliced yellow onion. Pour in the Italian dressing and sprinkle the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, adobo seasoning, and salt over the mixture. Toss everything well until the chicken and vegetables are evenly coated. Cover and let it marinate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight in the refrigerator to build flavor.
- Prepare for Baking: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the marinated chicken pieces along with the vegetables into a 13×9 inch baking dish.
