Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the chicken and sauce together.

  3. Sear Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, then add the chicken breasts and sear each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Remove Chicken: Take the seared chicken breasts out of the skillet and set them aside temporarily.
  5. Cook Jalapenos and Peaches: In the same skillet, add diced jalapenos and peaches and cook for 2-3 minutes until they soften slightly, which helps release their flavors.
  6. Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, apple cider vinegar, water, and cornstarch until smooth to create a thickening sauce.
